Loyalty Gifts
Which products a customer can pick is not set in Hygraph. That is the loyalty-gifts product selection in commercetools. See Loyalty Gifts in commercetools. Also, do not create a Page or a Protected Area for the gift page. The shop already serves it at {locale}/loyalty.
The heading, steps and buttons are existing Static Words (LoyaltyPage.).
Gift cards reuse the product’s normal Hygraph content. What you do set in Hygraph is the picture next to the heading, see below.

The picture on the gift page is a Static Image whose Key is loyalty_gift. More info about Static Image can be found in the Static Images article.

In Hygraph, a Static Image has already been configured for all storefronts. Please do not change the key.
If you wish to have a custom image for a specific storefront, then remove the Storefront from that base image, and in Hygraph, in Content → Static Image, add a new Static Image with key loyalty_gift, correctly set the Storefront, and add Image with the picture you want.
If you want localized images, then upload a localization, but otherwise, keeping only the "Default" localization active on the Static Image is enough.
